how do I send Us LOR - doc12

Hi, i already applied to 60 plus programs for Im, and do have a few interviews. My question was that as Ive now been doing an observership, and have US LOR, how do I send them to the program, I already sent them the maximus possible LOR(but they werent US), Is there any way I can let the programs see my LORS now, please advise, as that will increase my chances of interview. Thanks
