thanks a lot chiny..............i too had agood feel about the program as compared to most NYC programs.I dont mind cold as long as the program is good and presently i live where it is equally cold ,so not a big negative for me.as for teh work load is concerned i think it must not be as bad as in NYC or for that matter as in cook county.do you have any idea about the IL licence process as to how complex it is.Thank a lot for your help.God Bless.............

Sorry, I don't know much about it. You can ask the PC or other friends that have gone thru it.
If you don't need visa, I think you don't have much to worry about b/c you still have a lot of time!
