New aded Positions for PGY2 and PGY1- Internal Med - shakrawoosh

Mt. Sinai- Jersey City Medical Center was approved by ACGME to increase their positions by 4 PGY1 and 2 PGY2 for July 2007. The 4 PGY-1 positions are for preliminary. My friend had interview there last week and they told him. He says its excellent program. It is true I looked at ACGME website and there is increase from 45 to 51 residents.

I thought they increased 2 preliminary and 2 categorical PGY1 instead of all 4 for preliminary PGY1.
