I think SUNNY UPSTATE has given 3 PREMATCHES as there were 22 spots earlier in NRMP and now they have updated it to 19.

Some so called reliable sources told me that they give PREMATCHES only to spouses of House Staff.

But not sure.

Same thing was said last year, and they offer me a prematch. I think they say it just to avoid the wave of prematch requests.
