although i did not sign anyprematch, but you never know
sister has 10 seats and nrmp shows 8.
and chief resident there told me they did fw prematches under the table also.
so dont call anyone liar , u never know is system main kia kia hota hey. like st barnabas filled all seats in prematch but you will see 4 seats after jan 31...big drama
