Patient 35 AA present to the ED with dry cough of 2 weeks, weaknesses and fatigue. PMH insignificant no alcohol, no smoker no Illicit drugs. you orden and CXR and found intertisial infiltrate bilateral with lymphoadenopathy.What is the most common find it in these patients?
