a. essential HTN
b. renal artery stenosis
c. pheochromocytoma
d. malignant HTN
e. Stenosis of ascending aorta

67 yr with stenosis of ascending weired one..... if that will be the case then bloodpressure should be high in upper extermities rather that lower.
i will go for essential HTN, though it is also weired that y is the difference of upper and loser extermities, may be gravity effect...
any comment highly appreciated
