A patient who expired in a car accident signed in his license foe organ donations. His license has expired. He always wanted to donate his organs. What should a physician do in this situation? (Important)
Answer: physican cannot accept organs because the signed consent has expired.

in uw it said in a similar case that the intent to donate is more mportant than the document date...unles a later document contradicts the old one
