i know some ppl getting 2 or 3 same lor s sealed in envelop for future use
i dont know ....if u can still use it in scramble cause their u would need to fax right ?
which wouldnt be possible to open the letter

During the scramble, some programs use ERAS so no problem with waived LORs. The ones that are taking faxes, I would go ahead and open and just send it. The best way to contact these programs is through the phone, but from my experience in the Scramble last year, USCE is a necessity.
