I see there are many IMG who visit this site. I'm pretty sure none of you are studying in Cuba though. I have been reading a whole lot lately and realizing that trying to come back to practise in Canada might be a dead end and that going straight to the States might be my only option. The problem is that I have no bachelor's degree. I started one at University of Ottawa in biology but hated the program and subsequently went to Cuba. Will that hurt me in any way or is it ok as long as I pass all the tests/requirements??
Should I transfer to an American Med school in the Caribbean? Puerto Rico?
Any insights, advice, help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you
