Why people apply to Connecticut?? Where should I?? -

I have read most people recommend to apply in CT for Step 3. I have a prematch in Maryland. I saw in the chart that they dont have special requisites for IMG's or requirement training. It is better for me to apply in Maryland? or should I apply in Connecticut??please help...

because the step 3 CT doesn't require 1 year of practice ( residency) before taking the step 3. There are only few states which allow you to take step3 before starting residency
