an asympt. 56y/o, never consumed alcohol
examination:increased skin pigmentation, left ventricular cardiac failure cardiomegaly and S3 w/ spider angiomata,liver is firm w/ a span of 8 cm.The testes are atrophic.The pat is at greatest risk for which of following?
a.cerebellar degeneration
b.hepatic vein thrombosis
c.hetatoma
d.renal failure
e.wernicke encephalopathy
