Pls explain. Both can have ambiguous genitalia,both can have both Wolfian n Mullerian structures present.Any thing to differentiate?

in mixed gonadal dysgenesis its asymmetric distribution of both gonads mostly xo/xx Y chromosome is not present most likely or seen in turner where there is mosaicism present
true hermaphrodite is where symmetrically gonadal distribution and mostly seen in XX or XXY individuals . this can help u differentiate |
