Taking or refusing the prematch depends on my number of interviews and what i expect from them but i will certainly rank all programs i've interviewed at. An IMG can't afford to not rank ANY program even if the worst on earth.

The only reason you will not rank a program is when you don't want to end up there at any cost. If you feel you can end end up in this program rather than be unmatched then surely rank the program.

If a place is so bad that you would think twice about ranking it, why apply in the first place?
