I know when doing physical, we should say something like, can I listen to your hear? now I would like to check your ears...

should we go further by say, let me check your eyes for any jaundice which is yellowish staining? let me check your fingers to see if you get any clubbing? I would like to check your ankles to see if you got swelling. should we keep on saying these?

like; i am going to pull your ear to look inside
i am going to put my hands over your chest to feel your heart beat
thats it nothing like jaundice or masses or adenopathie
