A 48 year old man comes to the physician because his wife noticed that his right pupil is small.Physical examination shows that his right pupil is constricted & does not react to light.His let pupil is normal.These findings are due to lesion involving which of the following structures on right?

hey guys

I disagree
with horners aren't we supposed to expect the triad of miosis, anhydrosis and ptosis
this patient only has miosis- ipsilateral optic tract lesion

oops

misread stuff
after optic chiasm should be homonymous in both eyes so unless they meant the optic nerve

here the light reflex is totally lost mean the lesion shud be in before optic chiasma rt??
optic nerve , retina or somethin tht is not letting the light reaching the retina

on same side means we can exclude C,D,E

so the cervical cord only gives to sympathetics we can exclude [coz here light reflex gone too0

so wotta bt B...?
