6 months old infant brought to the ER due to fever, difficulty breathing, cough and vomitting. physical examination was obvious for, rapid breathing, fever, cough, vomitting, and persistant crying. chest xray was remarkable for pneumonia. regarding all above information what determines that infant has ear infection.

F persistent crying equalises the pressure in the middle ear with the Atm.. so i think this is the answer

None of them is specific for ear infection!! But I'd pick E.
