I took it today....very few questions are from the UW Q-bank , (like a picture of a child with blue sclera), but most of the questions are new , some of them are challenging. I don't know how it correlates with USMLE ...i wish they could give a rough estimate of a score...I have 2 weeks to review these questions with explanations.

I took it. Some of the Qs are very challenge. Overall not bad.

Can anybody tell me how they calculate the big-figure scores for NBME? Don't seem to understand what it means to get 530 or 500 when the actual no. of questions is only 200. Please help...

excellent question, difficult compared to nbme 4. i completed uw with average of 60 and a day later i.e., a week ago took the uw self assesment
got 520
