I have given step1 in Aug. and got my score.(241/97).I'm a green card holder.I''m hoping to make it for 2005 match.I'm doimg my internship in India which finishes in Nov.until then,they don't give us our medical diploma.So,I'll be getting it only in Dec after which I can apply for ecfmg cert.So,now if I want to take part in the match,all I have is my step1 score.I can get LORs and dean's letter,too.Can I enter the match now?I'm hoping 2 write step 2 in Dec.
Please advise.

Not to discourage you, but its doubtful - to be ready for this match you should have Step 2CS done by Dec 31st, and the dates are pretty much filled up.
IF you hurry, you might be able to make the scramble at best.
This is just my humble opinion.

you perhaps have not taken into account the delays in transcript and final diploma verification that takes anywere between 4-6 months!!!
