Does anyone know if you take a high Na+ diet,you would increase lithium elimination why?

hi pepsi,good qn,lithium is similar like na in activity so it competes in tubules for reabsorption,if we increase sodium load,it will displace lithium being reabsorbed hence the inc excretion.hope it helps please correct me if im wrong
