How do I assign the 4th LOR to a program that requires 3 LORs? Has anyone done it in the past?

Not that I can not read but the 4th LOR is a really good one and I do not want to waste it.

just assign it, and they'll decide if they want to read or not. I assigned 4 to all program, and everybody downloaded all of them.
