A 41-year-old male presents to his family physician for heartburn, dull abdominal pain and diarrhea with foul smelling, bulky stool. He drinks 2 cans of beer every evening. He states that he has had these symptoms intermittently since 5 years. He has tried H-2 blockers without any relief. He also has right flank pain which radiates to groin. urinalysis shows RBC.
