How are you gyus sending "thank-you" letters: email, regular mail? Do you send it to PD only or to everyone you have interviewed with?

a hand written note is more personal, and it is a good idea to send one to everyone that interviewed you.

well. it's really up to you..... however a card goes into your file with the rest of the documents which will be looked at by the reviewing commitee, and on their eventual "checklist." an e-mail goes into well..... oblivion.
