please help me ..is it enough if we ask was his growth n development normal till now ?

Ask the parent when did the child has his/her last well child exam? then ask the parent what did the doctor tell about the growth of the child..

Keep in mind that if the child didn't have his /her well child exam in the near past, then you have to ask the growth and development questions ( smile, walk, talk etc ) as mentioned in FA.
