I have a quesiton for people with match experience or people who have contacted progams with similar quesitons.
What's the difference, in most IM/FM/PSY programs' eyes, between observationship and externships?
I mean, does working informally weekly under a US attending physician: inluding obeserving patient care plus doing some history taking and quick physical exams (but not writing patient notes, presenting cases, or writing presciptions) count as clinical externship or observationship?
I would like people to give your opinions from your experience or hearsay, not from guessing.
