you have to look at the case. there could be an abortion, in which case a US is needed.
NST is useful if you suspect there is something wrong with an intact pregnancy. NST will give you information about the the fetus and placenta. so if there is decreased fetal movement for 2 days and no vaginal bleeding. then do you NST. if the fetal movement is decreased for just 1 day, then you can wake up the baby using sound. |
