I know CMV causes graft rejection in immunocomp pts + in treatment of Lymphomas n leukemias , but acc to MMRs thats CV pnumonitis ,,,They have not mentioned the mech for Graft rejection by CMV...Dono abt heaptits induced by CMB in Graft rejection????..
