you can fill up some notes to kaplan anatomy.
their neuroanatomy is also good.
dont search for too much sources. stick to one. on that you just add some notes if you need.
yes for gross you need abit more to add to kaplan.
that is also minor things like blood supply.

Raod Map books are better than HY esp in Neuro

it's more detailed than the kaplan, but also it's too much for step1 too!!! but i advise you to read it after you finish pathology!! because more than 70% of it's information is about pathologic diseases!! for example, in GI section, you will find only about two pages talking about anatomical stuff, but more than 12 pages about GI diseases!!! so if u already finished patho, then it's not a bad idea to go through the HY... since its not gonna take a long time anymore...
