Can i apply to programs that do not sponsor any visa if i have an EAD?
Is it true that people with EAD are not eligible for J1 visa?

EAD means ur GC is in progress, and hence u can't get a J1 visa, u can choose only one of the two

ok i get it.

But can I apply to the programs not sponsering any visa at all or just J1 ,will EAD work in these scenarios ?
