it mean if they send you email or your hotmail account ............not through my eras.............
because i got my first iv like this ...............

all seats of bronx lebanon go to nrmp match....not a single prematch

some hospitals send email invitations, not thru eras. Personally I got like 4 of these.
it doesnt mean anything other than a normal IV invitation
