guys....dont ask me how i know this...... but i know something very depresssing....which most prgram directors do.....
all the programs which you see that have post match positions left unfilled, are because the PD does not send a real rank order list ......and there is a program i know who give mostly premacth and then for ROL he actualy rank someone who has not even interviewed at that hospital...that way they have 1 or 2 positions in post match, for which he get good candidates who are desperate.....
i hope u guys understand wat i am saying....

and the solution is, rank your favorite programs, even the ones you didn't interview at, and if they rank you, they're screwed
what more can you ask for? a position without an interview

well i dont know but somehow the program i am talking about have "2" unfilled positions every year......and i know that the PD either sends empty ROL or do something else....and in post match he always get some 99rs
