an exception that is important to know here about the parasympathetic system.. PANS does NOT innervate blood vessels, EXCEPT for the internal pudendal artery branches ( mainly the ones in the corpora cavernosa) which receives a DIRECT PANS INNERVATION causing dialation that is involved in erection...
also worth to mention here that the PANS neurotransmitters responsible for the vasodilation in the erectile tissues are mainly NO and VIP...

That is an EXTREMELY important point that you are mentioning.
So PANS Does NOT reach the Circulatory Arterioles and the EXCEPTION is the Penis.
