that is the probable explanation /mechanism /of Polyuria,Polydipsia,NO EDEMA in Primary hyperaldosteronism
but i stil dont understend what that means-which atrium wchic peptide,>?

When volume overloaded----->Atriums secrete a peptide called Atrial Na-uric peptide---->increase excretion of Na---->dercease plasma volume--->decrease BP.

The mechanism that you mentioned in Conn's Sx is you have excess serum Na, but your proximal tubules so overloaded by urine Na can't reabsorb anymore ----> starts excreting -----> even with HTN and volume overloaded, but no EDEMA in here because of Na loss by PCTs.
