I have a Q

My CCS case ends before the 25 minutes real time...at that point if i have done colectomy of patient shifted to ward and advancing clock to see patient again but 5 min window appears

then can i cancel NPO,IV and change to oral

you have to tell me...the simulated time...
i said before...keep it real...
pt had surgery and it has been only 12 hrs on simulated time....so don't d/c npo .... as you would not do so in real life ...
5 minute screen does not mean ... that u need to start d/c ing things....
focus on management...

just do seatbelt and other things...in later date...
pt just had surgery..
make decisions on simulated time....

i agin did the case.
it was 1 day 13 hours simulated time.i finshed surgery shifted patient to ward and was advancing clock to see patient again.it was about 2 hours post op when 5 minutes window appears
now am i supposed to do counsel at later date?
if i am not able to finish a case in time wil it affect the CCS score badly?
