hi pali, I read the other persons reply. well from what i know from friends that i went to school with in europe, lot of middle eastern friends, no exam is needed as long as graudated from european union country. Except for UK, which is nearly impossible to get residency even if finish PLAB, so do not try UK. Your best bet would be the scandanvian countries, because I have a few friends from Middle East and Sri Lanka that are currenlty in Norway, and do not need to take any Medical exam, only the Langage Exam. Hope this helps, which country are you trying to go to first? You should try the Scandinavian countries, it will be the best for you!

Consider friends the global economic recession.i think you cannot stick to Europe as the only target now.
