a 56 yo male comes to ER for Chest pain for 3 hours
Hx of BPress treated with metoprolol and hypercholest ( ttreat : vasten) and diabete ( takes metformine).
no fever nurol : Nl BP 134/89 HR 89/min

I did not score well on CCS so working over it as well daily 1 hour some case and try to do it on software or paper.
