did they look for financial bank statements?

hey guys, sorry for late reply..well here are the answers:
1) the guy who took my interview just saw all of my documents- offer letter, contract letter, ecfmg certificate, steps scores...but didnt ask for any financial bank statement...asked only 1 question-PURPOSE OF MY PREVIOUS VISITS TO US? I told him that first i went for my CS and next time for my interviews.
2) and yes he did sign my DS 2019..
