whats the time lapse in getting an emergency J1 visa interview currently???at DELHI?

me too wondering... how to take up the emergency appointment at Mumbai consulate.. and whats the time lag... can we get appointments now?/
how to proceed .. when I checked website it said no emerg appointments available..
