pt on aspirin and devlop cad or stroke clopidogrel/dipyridamole
dipyridamole stree test for stable angina who can not exercise and has no copd or asthma

pt with bare metal stent: Aspirin + clopidogrel/dipyridamole X 1 m

pt with drug eluting stent: Aspirin + clopidogrel/dipyridamole X 6 m

newer guidlines suggest clopidogrel for 1 yr to preven life threatening stent thrombosis
