Prometric centers in DC, Baltimore and Philly - bardiapl720

Hey guys,
Have you ever had any of your exams in Prometric centers in DC (L St NW Washington DC), Baltimore (1501 South Clinton St.) or Philly (Walnut St). I just read a horrible review of the prometric center in DC while I was going to schedule my step3 there.
Would you please write about your experience in those centers?
