LOR from same last name????? - shigella09

any1 plz tell me if its ok to have a LOR from the doc having the same last name as mine???

if one submit lors to an internal medicine program but also did observership in family practice then shud inform the program abt that experience to fill in the gap , even if not submitting the lor from that family practice???? any1 plz help?

no problem in sending LOR from same family name writer, actually there are countries like India and China where some family names is widely present like my family name Krishna.
Any experience you have is good and you should tell them about it to increase your luck, actually there is no contradiction between IM anf FM.
