Delusion: olanazapine

Assess the patient if the disease is mild to moderate, then no need of Mimanten, But if the disease is progressie ad sever, with involvement of more cognitive domains, then add Mimantin.
This is a disease modifying drug, and it inhits the NMDA receptor of Glutamate.

Memantine: NMDA antagonist
- Mostly for mod-severe alzheimer
- Combination of memantine & acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (donepezil) is more efficacious then donepezil alone.
