other investign based on symptoms, like:

- LP
- Stool gm stain, ova & parasite, clostridium difficle toxin

shouldn't you start giving ceftazidime/cefepime when you move them to ward especially since the type of patient?

But as said: "Febrile Neutropenia should be taken seriously"
So i ordered that earlier
