I started a research job after submitting my CV through ERAS. Is it possible to edit my CV and add my research experience through ERAS? What is the other option to bring it in the notice of programs?

Once it has been certified and submitted you can not edit any info. Only the profile section can be changed.

the best thing which you can do is to submitt an LOR from that experience. That will automatically state that you got this new experience.
