I will always put NYC at the end due to lack of security.

I agree with amit4match especially that Long Island College Hospital is in Brooklyn, and I add to what he said that NYC is very expensive city to live in.

my ranking is 2,1,3 best to worst.

In the end it all depends on you. But word of advice...Security should not be the most important factor. You would have to look at the program, and look at its educational opportunity that would be best help you reach your career goal..
