Bunch of rej from Cali......even no visa requirement is not much help in Cali. I think there are just extremely limited programs that call IMGs in Cali and even those that called probably citizen IMGs from carib.
hope everyone who applied in Cali did not rely totally on Cali- I am thinking that 99/99 doesnt matter in Cali looks like.
