cos they have deleterious effect on the kidney? reduce gfr on an already low gfr state of heart failure?

its because NSAIDs have deleterious effects on healing of the ischemic/infarcted myocardium. Healing occurs by inflammation and NSAIDs by name are anti-inflammatory. So are Steroids not given
