want to know if a pt with leg trauma with the bandage do we have to open the bandage during the inspection or palpation for ex if its a cellulitis pt with leg trauma?
next q is when we want to check femoral pulses hw to undrape the pt ?do we check on clothes?because nt to expose the genital area.plz let me know thnk u all

Pay more attention to the basics for CS. You only need to pass (do not aim at 99). If there is a pandage, of course you will need to take it off. I doubt there will be any case which requres you to exam femoral pulses. Respect SP's privacy is more important than a couple of points. Be very friendly and respectful to your SP is the key to pass CS.
