I think you guys are confusing IM of Mount Sinai School of medicine with Primary Care IM of Mount Sinai Elmhurst, which is an affiliate of MSSM. Elmhurst is certainly not a reservoir of fellowships, MSSM is. The website is confusing, it's common for both MSSM and Elmhurst and has limited information on primary care program. MSSM is not an IMG friendly program too.
