i think its toxic adenoma coz this patient has hyperthyroid symptoms.
Toxic multinodular goitre causes hyperthyroid symptoms. but in the option its given just multinodular and not toxic multinodular.

what do u say guys?

Toxic adenoma, will uptake all I131 in area of adenoma hyperfunctioning, rest of gland should be supress and would not uptake I131, qs said multiple areas of incr and decr uptake of I131, Graves's will take it in a evenly diffuse fashion as all gland is hyper, multinodular you are correct qs, should say toxic multunodular goiter. , but from choices multinodular I think is the one will take I 131 in thar manner..................
